Eagle Machine has a dedicated temperature and humidity-controlled Quality Lab with one of the largest inventories of precision measurement tools in Western Canada. We also provide on-site measurement services – please call or email for quote.

We can precisely measure your parts to within 0.0001” in most cases, as well as compared to a nominal solid CAD model to show deviations from CAD to actual on parts of any shape or size.

All parts are 100% inspected for first / last article as well as periodically during production runs, both at the machine and in the lab, to ensure 100% quality and conformance to your drawings and specifications.

Quality Procedures / System are ISO:9001/2015 as well as MIL-I-45208A compliant.
